Prince 20" Kids E-Bike, Ages 8+, Fits 4'3"–5'7"

Rundeer currently ships across the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, as well as Canada. We offer free shipping on all electric bike orders. All e-bikes are shipped via freight from our local warehouses. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, with transit times generally taking 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Every Rundeer E-Bike is backed by a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers key components, including the battery, motor, controller, frame, LED lights, display, throttle, and electrical wiring. It applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice. The warranty is non-transferable.

Rundeer accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the e-bike is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, along with a 10% restocking fee. If the item shows signs of use or damage, a 15% loss-in-value fee may apply. For defective e-bikes, coverage is provided under Rundeer’s warranty policy, and eligible customers may contact support@rundeers.com for replacement parts or a full replacement. Original packaging is required for all returns.
